  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We require that defective items be returned to us to process your exchange. Upon receiving the defective item, we will expedite the process to get your replacement sent out as quickly as possible.
  • 1-Year Product Guarantee: Most of our adult toys come with a 1-year guarantee, starting from the day of delivery. If your product breaks or malfunctions within one year of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement. Please note, there is a $12.95 shipping and handling fee associated with the 1-year warranty replacement.
